Travel advisors get paid two ways! At the beginning of the planning process you’ll be charged an initial planning fee. A lot of time and care goes into each trip and this fee covers those efforts. You can learn more about our fee structure here.

Advisors are also paid on commission. Our commission is paid by the travel suppliers we work with.

Nope. As a luxury travel company, we only send clients to properties that we can fully trust to deliver the experience you expect. Because we can’t vet rental properties the same way we do hotels and resorts, we can’t confidently recommend them.

It depends. While we do have suggested starting budgets for each destination, there is always a bit of wiggle room. This is a topic we will discuss in more depth during our consult call.
